Okay. Let me get on my soapbox. It will take me a minute. I’m ready. Now read carefully…
Did you know the current elected leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States has signed an agreement to merge all three countries into one North American Union? Not many people do.
The Security and Prosperity Partnership (the SPP) was signed at Baylor University by U.S. President George Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin on March 23, 2005. These three came forth with a joint statement; part of which reads:
“We, the elected leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States, gather in Texas to announce the establishment of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.”
As a result, a unified North American Continent trilateral government is emerging where new principles of security and order could replace the United States Constitution. By 2007, a framework of the new trilateral cooperation is expected to be in place.
Trilateral governance means combined leadership. Presidents Bush, Fox and Harper are to reign supreme over the North American continent. Eventually, it seems there will no longer any sovereign nation states. There will only be one North American unity. Traditional borders will become only checkpoints serving to apprehend criminals and interdict contraband. Also, a common currency may be introduced for all three nations similar to the Euro.
The logic of the Bush administration is that the SPP is a security document; and therefore not being a treaty, is not subject to treaty procedures and approval mandated in the normal course of Senate Ratification as required by the United States Constitution. This may explain why President Bush has been so slow and basically unresponsive on illegal immigration from Mexico. Hmmm.
Also, while I am pondering this matter, what will become of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution which guarantees an Individual Right To Keep and Bear Arms? Canada and Mexico do not have such a right. Will the U.S. Constitution have to be rewritten?
If you don’t believe me, go to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) website or the White House website and read. Google the words SPP and Trilateral Government. A new world order seems to be coming out of nowhere. Bush is so sneaky!
