According to an annual report from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, Greensboro, NC has won the national crown as the nation’s fall allergy capital! Greensboro ranks ahead of Greenville, SC, Little Rock, Raleigh-Durham and Jackson, Miss.

Joy! I took my blood pressure reading this morning and it was good! The systolic reading was 119 and the diastolic reading was 76! Anything under 120/80 is what you want. 119/76 is my best yet!
